NAIROBI, Kenya, Sept 21 – Police have arrested a man they said they accuse of having infiltrated the Immigrations department and issued fake work permits to a number of firms.
According to police, several documents bearing Immigration Department logo and stamps were also recovered. His mobile phone and a laptop were also confiscated.
“The guy behind infiltrating our permit system and issuing fake work permits to a number of firms,” the report stated.
A statement from the Interior Ministry said the suspects will be charged on Monday.
