By accessing and using Capital FM's digital platforms (including capitalfm.africa, mobile applications, and social media channels) or downloading content from our platforms, you accept and agree to these Terms of Service. Capital FM reserves the right to modify, alter, or update these Terms at any time. Please check these Terms periodically for changes. Editorial Standards and Content Policy
Capital FM is committed to maintaining the highest journalistic standards in accordance with the Media Council of Kenya's Code of Conduct for the Practice of Journalism. All content published on our platforms adheres to principles of accuracy, fairness, balance, and independence. Limitation of Liability
Capital FM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:
