The four, who include two South Africans and two Seychellois, were arrested by detectives from various agencies at an apartment near Nyali Beach Hotel Saturday morning.
The Seychellois have been identified as Dominguez and Nedy Micock while the South Africans are Barend Nolte and Marc Faivelewitz.
The four have been taken to Port police station pending interrogation and possible extradition.
Regional police boss Philip Tuimur said the government chemist will confirm the quantity and type of narcotics police found.
“We are looking for their accomplices,” he added.
The arrests come at a time when Kenyan brothers Ibrahim Akasha and Baktash among other foreigners were extradited to New York, US for being part of a drug trafficking syndicate and trying to smuggle narcotics there. They were arrested in a sting operation that involved DEA personnel.
