NAIROBI, Kenya, Mar 6 – ABC Bank has been ranked at the top among Tier 3 lenders in customer satisfaction, according to the latestKenya Bankers Association (KBA) report.
The financial institution’s performance is attributed to innovation.
The survey, which drew opinions from over 30,000 customers between September and November 2023, offered insights into customer preferences, including customer experience and banking channels preferences.
“The 2023 Customer Satisfaction Survey report shows that 87% of people living with disability have self-access to banking services while the most preferred mode of banking by all respondents is mobile at 75% followed by internet / web access at 25%,’’ KBA Chairman Habil Olaka said.
