American YouTube sensation Jeffree Star is in hospital following a horrific car crash that happened in Wyoming while with his friend Daniel.
According to Star’s social media accounts, the car flipped three times. The two were driving in Wyoming when they supposedly hit a patch of black ice which caused the car to flip over. Fortunately, neither of them was fatally injured, making it out with minor injuries.
“This morning was one of the scariest moments of our entire lives,” the YouTube star, age 35, wrote in a post shared on Instagram and Twitter. “I’m so grateful to be here still. I’m in excruciating pain because part of my back is broken and I have vertebrae fractures on my spine.”
A post was shared on Jeffree’s Instagram page that showed him lying in a hospital bed with a neck brace on, still undergoing treatment. “My doctor said it will take a few months but I should make a full recovery,” he continued.
Jeffree’s friend Daniel Lucas suffered internal injuries but is being monitored for any further complications.
“My best friend Daniel has internal injuries and because he has survived colon cancer three times, he’s having complications with his organs and they’re monitoring him 24/7,” Star wrote. “We’ll know more soon. Thank you to every single person checking on us
