A new TikTok whirlwind TikTok trend has taken over the popular platform – for all the possible reasons.
The new viral trend sees users juxtapose between answering a DM, and what would later ensue. As you would predict, most of the posts detail bad experiences with lovers, that all stemmed from a direct message that was finally answered.
Footage of heartbroken hopeless romantics crying, screenshots of unanswered messages, insults, lukewarm responses…the works! It is nothing short of disappointing while it is hilarious.
While there are a select few positive posts, most of them depict the wild, rollercoaster ride of love and dating.
