Rayvanny & Platinumz collab for Mwanza
Rayvanny and Diamond Platinumz have shown their patriotic side with their latest release, “Mwanza.”
Shot in the Tanzanian town of Mwanza, the track is a hype dance track, perfect to set the mood for the party season. The duo has worked together on several tracks, with Rayvanny being Diamond’s protege. The twosome has had several hit tracks including, “Iyena”, “Salome” as well as “Fresh.” The track received rave reviews and is set to top the charts.
Tarrus Riley also released a banger this weekend. The collaboration with Mykal Rose has been highly anticipated since he teased it onstage during his Nairobi show in October 2018. The track “Guess Who” is an interesting take on the youth’s problems. Speaking about the increasing rates of unemployment, gang violence, and hopelessness; the collaboration is a telling track the basic needs of the young and helpless to satisfy their hunger.
