The move sees VFS Global integrate SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and other SAP business solutions into its operations, a shift expected to streamline visa processing, enhance data security, and modernize how government services are delivered.
With countries increasingly digitizing immigration and consular services, the collaboration will enable VFS to respond to growing demand for secure, efficient, and user-friendly systems.
The company also plans to use SAP Business Technology Platform and Business Data Cloud to strengthen its global operations and develop data-driven services for clients.
