Vera Sidika’s Sin City IG live turns out be a scam

Kenyan socialite Vera Sidika’s attempt to jump on the Instagram Live twerkfest trend failed miserably on Tuesday night.

Thousands of fans had waited eagerly for the live online show dubbed Sin City following Sidika’s announcement and teasing twerk videos. According to her post, Vera will be hosting the show every Tuesday and Thursday from 11pm to 1pm.

However when the D-Day came, the show turned out to be a major flop. With over 10,000 viewers joining her live show a few minutes in, Vera fumbled over the workings of the live session as she sipped on some alcohol and played with her hair.

Vera who had her face made up and dressed in a netted cover up underneath a bikini, simply could not get adding the dancers onto the live session which was a major disappointment to the viewers.

The viewers went on to lash out at her for wasting their time, calling it a scam, chided her for being clueless and asked her to just twerk for them.

Citing technical difficulties that her live session kept on crashing, Vera took to Instagram stories to explain the situation after several failed attempts and promise that the next live session would be better. Also according to Vera, she had lined up 10 bootylicious beauties to entertain her viewed on Sin City.

Following the Coronavirus pandemic and quarantines globally, Instagram live sessions by popular personalities have become major sources of entertainment. Canadian rapper Tory Lanez is the king of twerking live sessions dubbed Quarantine Radio and Kenyan social media personality Xtian Dela is popular for Club Covid.
