The upcoming Sababisha Festival headlined by Jamaican dancehall star Shenseea has been postponed.
The event which was slated to be held at the Uhuru Gardens this weekend (25.08.2023) has been postponed to a later date in October

This is according to a statement released by the organisers of the event via their social media platforms.
Although, they didn’t clarify which date the event has been moved to and what led to the postponement, the organisers apologized to fans who were eagerly awaiting the ‘Blessed’ crooner’s performance in Nairobi.
Shenseea aged 26 and a mother of one, is known for hits like ‘Lighter’ with Tarrus Riley, ‘ShenYeng anthem’, ‘Rebel’, ‘Trick a’ treat’, ‘Pon Mi’, ‘Run Run Run’ and more.
In April 2023, Shenseea performed at the 22nd edition of the Coachella Festival.
