Sister Duo Brick & Lace Release Comeback Anthem ‘Proof’

Jamaican musical duo Brick & Lace have made a comeback with their latest single titled Proof.

The track, produced by The Kemist, a Miami-based producer with Jamaican roots and son of reggae legend Marcia Griffiths, aims to reintroduce the duo to the music scene.

Despite venturing into entrepreneurial endeavors and balancing motherhood with their music careers, one half of the group, Nyanda, told popular Jamican entertainment site Dancehallmag that their loyal fan base has always been a source of motivation. “Our diehard fans have inspired us to continue making music.”

“It’s a more grown and sexy vibe. We didn’t force it or pre-determine the genre before going in. The track just came on and the light bulbs went off. It’s really about healing in relationships and being open and vulnerable to love,” she added.
