Beautiful Kenyan crooner Mayonde Nduba, mononymously known as Mayonde, just shared a stunning maternity shoot, and boy does she look outlandish!
The talented ‘Nairobi’ singer who keeps a squeaky, controversy-free image is expecting her first ever child with husband Mbithi Masya of Just A Band. She took to her social media and let fans in on her growing belly.
“I’m in love, I’m obsessed!” She exclaimed, alongside the Jamaican singer-cum-model Grace Jones-inspired photoshoot that features a big symmetrical ‘fro, a flow sheer gown and other colorful embellishments.
Mayonde initially teased her pregnancy while promoting one of her newest songs titled ‘Raha,’ with a small clip flaunting her baby bump.
Mayonde and Mbithi got married in August 2013. While the singer featured as a background vocalist in several Coke Studio Africa seasons, her husband has seen success beyond Just A Band. He is a filmmaker renowned for his feature film ‘Kati Kati’ as well as directing ads for major corporations like Barclays, Equity Bank and Safaricom.
