Ahead of their upcoming Sol Fest performances in November, hitmakers Sauti Sol are readying up their 5th and final album before their hiatus kickstarts.
The foursome just shared new pictures in a writing camp, in what looks like a tropical location. “Writing camp…#ALBUM5,” Reads the caption.
Bien, Chimano, Savara and Polycarp are set to give fans the last taste of their music with the album, which will be the last before they go on an indefinite hiatus. In the same breath, their upcoming. November shows (November 2 and 4) will be their last as the curtain falls on what has been a monumental run of the ‘Nishike’ singers.
The two shows are compartmentalized in ‘VIP’ and ‘FAN’ categories, with the former costing more than the latter. Controversy arose as fans questioned what they deemed high ticket prices especially for the VIP Show. Sol Generation artiste Bensoul particularly caught flack for saying those who could not afford “had a long way to go.”
Meanwhile, Sauti Sol have been touring the US, Europe and Canada for their final international shows.
