RnB crooner Jeremih hospitalized after COVID-19 Diagnosis

Jeremih contract the deadly virus, and has been under medical care according to reports.

The singer Jeremy Phillip Felton known professionally as Jeremih who is known for hits including ‘Planez’ and ‘Down on Me’ was reportedly hospitalized in Chicago after being diagnosed with Coronavirus.

The singer-songwriter who signed his first deal in 2009, was quite ill with many friends asking the public to support him in prayer. Chance The Rapper took to Twitter on Saturday 14th November saying, “Please if you can take a second to pray for my friend Jeremih, he is like a brother to me and he’s ill right now. I believe in the healing power of Jesus so if you can for me please please say a prayer over him.”

Rapper and entertainment mogul 50 Cent previously revealed that Jeremih was in Intensive Care Unit at a hospital the windy city Chicago. Hours later noted that Jeremih’s health has notably improved in the last few hours. He wrote on the image-sharing platform Instagram, “Thank you for ????????praying for my Boy @jeremih he is responsive today, doing a little better.”

Jeremih is among a growing number of artists who have been confirmed to have tested positive for COVID-19. As previously reported on The Sauce indicated Idris Elba, Alyssa Milano and Arnold Schwarzenegger tested positive for the virus.

Coronavirus numbers are growing globally after a few months where infection rates where on a decline. This new phase has record numbers of infection with medical practitioners calling this the ‘second wave’.

Several countries including the United Kingdom, Italy, France and Germany are going into the second phase of lockdown with governments urging residents to remain in doors, with major restrictions on movement being placed throughout.
