NAIROBI, Kenya, July 6 – Real estate developer Rendeavour has launched Jabali Towers, a high-rise, mixed-use development located in Tatu Central, the commercial and residential core of Tatu City.
The project is part of ongoing efforts to expand housing and commercial capacity within Kenya’s first operational Special Economic Zone (SEZ).
Jabali Towers comprises two residential buildings of 20 and 31 storeys, offering over 350 apartments, alongside office space, a 150-room hotel, and a retail district with shops and restaurants.
The development spans 88,000 square metres and includes amenities such as a fitness centre, swimming pool, co-working spaces, and landscaped communal areas.
The project targets investors and residents seeking integrated urban living within a regulated SEZ environment.
Rendeavour says investors could see projected annual returns of between 15 percent and 25 percent, depending on market conditions.
The development is also positioned to appeal to diaspora buyers looking for professionally managed properties.
The design of Jabali Towers was led by Spectrum, an architecture firm with a portfolio across the Middle East and Africa.
Its launch adds to the growing portfolio of real estate offerings in Tatu City, which currently hosts over 100 companies operating across manufacturing, logistics, finance, and healthcare sectors.
