Former NTV news anchor Jane Ngoiri Nganda has taken the oath of office and is ready to serve in her new capacity as a member of the HIV and AIDS tribunal.
The elated Ngoiri took to social media to express her joy and commitment to her new role in the tribunal saying, “Ready to serve and make a positive impact in the fight against HIV/AIDs stigma and discrimination.”

Fans and public figures alike have taken to the comments to shower the ex Swahili anchor with congratulatory messages.
In a gazette notice released on March 10, 2023 Ngoiri was appointed by the Attorney General Justin Muturi to serve in a seven-member Tribunal.
The HIV and AIDS Tribunal will be chaired by Carolyne Mboku while Nelson Wanyonyi Osiemo, Brian Ouko Yego, Dr Irene Njahira Mukui, Prof Walter Godfrey Jaoko and Dr Solomon Musani will serve as members.
