Talented Nigerian singer and songwriter, Oxlade has teamed up with Mayorkun to create a one-of-a-kind record dubbed Bad Boy that combines two genres: Amapiano and Afro-Pop.
Bad Boy showcases Oxlade’s sheer versatility and ability to merge various sounds, with the Afrobeats and Amapiano combo rendering it utterly Afro-centric.
Bad Boy is a follow-up to his previously released single Ku Lo Sa which has been deemed one of the biggest songs of 2022, topping charts across the continent. Ku Lo Sa is currently one of the most popular records across the globe, garnering more than 70 million streams on Spotify, while its performance video which premiered on COLORS has garnered 32 million views on YouTube.
Bad Boy was produced by Magicsticks and serves as an insight into Oxlade’s forthcoming album, slated for 2023.
