Offset And Cardi B Pay Tribute To Fallen Migos Star Takeoff

Offset, one-third of Migos, has paid tribute to group member Takeoff after he was shot and killed at a bowling alley in Houston, Texas on Tuesday (01.11.2022).

The rapper changed his Instagram profile to a smiling photo of Takeoff, whose real name is Kirshnik Khari Ball, complete with a white heart.

Offset hasn’t provided further comments following the death. Cardi B, however, who is married to and shares two children with the rapper, retweeted a clip of the star in which he says: “My best gift from my brothers is my brothers.

“None of us would be here without each other. We’ve held each other up through hard times, through good times. We’re with each other. We’re all we got. I don’t know nothing else.”

Takeoff agrees in the Complex clip, before sharing his “best gift”: a ring on his finger with a photo of himself and his mom. Complex captioned the clip on 1 November: “Family forever.”

Other celebrities who have taken to social media to remember the young rap star include, Drake, Future, Gucci Mane, Keke Palmer, Ja Rule, Chloe Bailey, Kelly Rowland and more.

Takeoff was the youngest member of Migos at 28. Quavo was his uncle, and Offset his cousin.
