South-African based Ugandan socialite Zari Hassan has recently raked in quite the fortune after signing a brand ambassadorial partnership deal with Samsung.
The 43-year-old businesswoman and mother of 5 inked an 18-month deal with the giant South Korean brand, that will task her with engaging her audience and enhancing the visibility and perception of the new S24 series. The decorated personality attended the product’s launch at a high-end event in Nairobi last week.
Announcing her role, the Ugandan national wrote: “I’m proud to announce a major influencer partnership with Samsung East Africa. Diving into the future with Samsung Galaxy AI. According to a highly-placed source that disclosed the particulars to a news outlet on condition of anonymity owing to a signed NDA, Hassan will pocket a whopping Ksh 14.4 million from the deal a figure that translates to Ksh. 800, 000 monthly.
Hassan boasts of a cultic following on the major social media platforms, with an impressive 11.9M followers on Instagram, 936K followers on Facebook and 2.1M followers on TikTok.
