US-based legendary Kenyan rapper Nonini has announced that he is launching his own pair of slides, ‘Mgenge2ru Slides.’
The stylish slides as seen on his social media will be part of his marquee ‘Mgenge2ru’ apparel brand that has been producing several regalia among them hoodies, T-shirts and sweatsuits.
“Mgenge2ru Slides! Indoors and outdoors! Limited Edition. Travel in comfort! Travel in Style!” He wrote. Just like the other items in the apparel, the limited edition slides are available in different colors and are available for preorder.
The ‘Kadhaa’ hitmaker and US-residing prolific Kenyan artiste is one of the pioneers of Genge, a genre that is recognized by the Recording Academy.
Several Kenyan celebrities like Khaligraph Jones have been sporting the brand’s designs in the past couple of months.
