Netizens Up In Arms Over Mammito’s Parody Video Poking Fun At Jowie Irungu’s Death Sentence

Comedian and content creator Eunice Mammito is on the receiving end of backlash following a video published on her social platforms poking fun at Jowie Irungu alias Jowie’s death sentence.

Hours after the accused was sentenced, Mammito shared the video – a parody creation that sees her play on Dolly Parton’s classic hit, replacing the repetitive ‘Jolene’ with Jowie.

The parody sees her make fun of Jowie, asking him to take the sentence lightly as it could be advantageous to him after all: Tells him to see it as an opportunity to scam, he might find a prison lover, and that he could stage his two songs at the prison talent shows.
