Michelle Ntalami is the epitome of a multidimensional Queen.
If she is not sealing mega million-dollar deals, killing it with her natural product line Marini Naturals and snagging business trophies, she is posing up a storm in scanty bikinis on the beach and walking fashion red carpets. Late last year, the drop-dead gorgeous entrepreneur opened up on her painful heartbreak and subsequent breakup for all and sundry.

The Sauce caught up with her for gems on getting over it.
Block Them, Both On and Offline
Get rid of any trace of them, both online and physically. Obscure them on all your social media apps. You need to cut off that energy. Put actual restrictions on any kind of contact, it goes a long way in giving you peace of mind.
Channel All Your Energy and Power Back to Yourself
Remember all those hobbies you put in the backburner when you were dating them? Those fun activities and adventures you neglected owing to how in love you were? Get back and immerse yourself in them again. Get back in the gym, travel, get a pet, refocus your energy in your job, business or whatever. It is time to fill your cup. It has worked wonders for yours truly!
Surround Yourself With a Supportive Community
It does not have to be a whole multitude, just about enough of your friends and family. Not everybody wants the best for you, to heal or overcome the painful ordeal. Others will literally condone what the person did to you and trivialize your heartbreak experience. Be overly selective about those. Keep only those who are empathetic to how you feel, are cognizant to your pain and respect your truth. I am lucky to have those and they have all come in handy.
Get Social
Get out there and mingle with new people. You centered yourself around the person and almost never realized that there are other people beyond them. You placed so much value in the relationship that you blocked any other interaction with other people. I have met a myriad amazing people, all of whom have been instrumental in my healing journey. Not only have they all given such wisdom on life, love, sex and life, they have also made me feel there is life beyond said person. While at it, guard your heart and boundaries while you mingle. Know who to let in and who to keep at arm’s length. I have mastered that art.
Pray
Talk to God. Everybody could desert you, but God has you covered. I’m a firm believer in the divine power. Whether at home, in the car, the boardroom. Communicate your feelings to Him and ask that He handle your battles. He is omnipresent. He sees it all; tell Him how you feel and you are bound to feel so much lighter. I can proudly say I am in a much better place thanks to my rising to the occasion and practising what I just preached.

There you have it. Put Michelle Ntalami’s pro-tips to practice where need be. If we do say so ourselves, they will do all the magic for you too.
