The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has released pictures of 12 women said to be part of a larger criminal group terrorizing revelers by drugging them then robbing unsuspecting revelers before emptying their bank accounts.
The DCI suggests that the women iron out their targets by what they are drinking, driving and dressed in, singling out the affluent-looking ones, in their quest to snag a big earning of say, the night. All of the women are said to have had law run-ins and criminal records, but their slain head Mugoh Muvota would come to their rescue all the time.
Muvota was shot and killed in broad daylight along Mirema Drive on Monday April 16, after allegedly falling out with his Pishori empire leader Dennis Karani who is said to be still at large.
