KOX React To Elsa Majimbo And Naomi Campbell’s Bitter Fallout

Kenyan internet sensation Elsa Majimbo has sparked widespread attention with her recent allegations against British model Naomi Campbell, shedding light on their once-close friendship and its subsequent fallout.

Majimbo took to social media to share an extensive eight-minute video detailing her grievances, claiming that Campbell’s actions had a significant impact on her mental health.

The duo’s friendship reportedly blossomed in 2020 when Campbell visited Kenya for a holiday, and the two agreed to spend time together. During their vacation, discussions arose about creating a documentary centered around Majimbo, with Campbell offering to provide financial support and guidance for the project.

However, tensions arose when Majimbo independently produced and premiered a documentary about herself, a move that allegedly infuriated Campbell and marked the beginning of their rift. Majimbo also accused Campbell of boasting to mutual acquaintances about her role in Majimbo’s rise to prominence, although Majimbo acknowledged the credibility boost she received from her association with the supermodel.

Despite repeated attempts to reconcile, Majimbo claimed Campbell ignored her calls and messages, exacerbating her struggles with alcoholism and depression. While Majimbo later clarified that Campbell didn’t directly coerce her into alcohol consumption, she maintained that the situation precipitated her actions.

Majimbo’s decision to delete the video and related tweets was attributed to a desire for peace rather than retracting her claims, emphasizing that her experiences were valid.
