Kenyans are in for a good ol’ HipHop treat in 2024 if the latest news is anything to go by.
The legendary rapper posted a series of snapshots of conversations with what looks like his team, teasing the tour stops. The tour is set to begin in June 25 and grind to a halt in February 2025.
While many A-list touring musicians exclude African stops on their roster, Kanye seems in a quest to change the status quo. As seen by The Sauce, the ‘Bound 2’ rapper intends to make 3 stops in Africa: Nigeria, Egypt and Kenya.
The prospective venue and date slated for Nairobi are Nyayo Stadium and December 7 respectively. In the same breath, the selected venue and date in Nigeria are Eko Energy City on December 14. In Egypt, he is likely to perform at the Cairo International Stadium on August 30.
Other stops of the tour will include Toronto, New York, Houston, Chicago and Los Angeles.
