Following the news of her husband’s demise, Kathy Kiuna has issued a statement. News broke on Wednesday evening (July 9) that the Jubilee Christian Church co-founder had succumbed to cancer, which saw many Kenyans express their collective shock.
Confirming the news, Kathy Kiuna wrote: “It is with great condolences that today we announce our beloved bishop Allan Kiuna has gone to be with the Lord.”
She hailed him as “an extraordinary man who touched the lives of many and had a great passion for ministering not just locally but globally. “
She thanked followers for their support following the news and asked for privacy, promising to kept them abreast of funeral arrangements in the coming days.
Allan Kiuna was one of the most popular pastors in the country. Through broadcasting church services at Jubilee Christian Church on various social media platforms, together with Kathy, they have gained notoriety over the years.
