In an interview with Capital FM presenter Chao, Karungari Mungai aka Karun delves into the new chapter of her music and how she found her new vibe. Known as part of the hugely successful group Camp Mulla, Karun is eager to start fresh and re-introduce herself to fans.
The mother of one talks about her journey to re-establishing herself as well as the difficult process of redefining her sound after Camp Mulla. The talented artist said, ” I joined Cosmic Homies, we did wavy, electro, psychedelic music…. and I had to find myself in different ways. And the music did help, but there was a whole year in my life where I couldn’t listen to music at all. So I went to art, design an all these other things that helped inspire me.”
