Tanzanian music duo Navy Kenzo has announced they are officially changing their stage name to Aika & Nahreel.
The duo, consisting of Aika and Nahreel, shared the news on their social media, stating that the name Navy Kenzo has come to an end. They emphasized that while their name is changing, the essence of their music will remain the same, but it will be more authentic and true to who they are as artists and individuals.

In their message, the duo expressed deep gratitude for the unwavering support from their fans, noting that the love they’ve received has been a key factor in their success. They shared that this same love will carry them into their new chapter as Aika & Nahreel.
Navy Kenzo originally symbolized their unique blend of African and international influences, but Aika and Nahreel feel this new identity is a more fitting representation of who they are as artists.
Despite the name change, fans can expect the duo to continue creating music in their signature style, blending Afropop, dancehall, R&B, and Bongo Flava. Some of their top hits include ‘Kamatia,’ ‘Bajaj,’ ‘Game,’ and ‘Katika’ ft Diamond Platnumz which have gained them a loyal fanbase both locally and internationally.
