NAIROBI, Kenya, Feb 12 – Jubilee Health Insurance has unveiled its J-Force, a digital platform aimed at bolstering the insurance distribution landscape in Kenya.
The insurer says J-Force is designed to streamline policy management, client engagement, and transaction processing in a paperless environment.
By providing real-time business insights, the platform will empower intermediaries such as brokers and agents to operate with greater speed and precision.
It seeks to simplify the insurance process, such as onboarding clients, managing leads, issuing policies and tracking renewals.
Jubilee Health Insurance CEO Njeri Jomo emphasised that J-Force will have far-reaching effects in revolutionising the insurance landscape.

J-Force is now available to all agents, brokers, and bancassurers through a web portal on the Jubilee Health Insurance website and a mobile app for both Android and iOS devices.
The insurer contends that this accessibility ensures that the platform can be easily integrated into daily operations, empowering professionals to deliver superior insurance solutions.
