OPERATIONS MANAGER
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, operations management or related field. Master’s degree is an added advantage. Must be a very dynamic person.
• At least 10 years working experience either as an operations manager or general manager position in a busy FMCG manufacturing and distribution company. Ladies are preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Operations manager will report to the managing director and will be the overall in charge of all company operational processes including general staff management, marketing and customer service, supply chain management, strategic planning and management, project management, production and quality control matters among others.
Salary for the role 400,000 – 600,000 depending on experience
