Requirements
• Food education (Dairy technician, Food technician). Academic, Diploma, Technical Engineer in dairy, food, production, or machinery
• Minimum 10 years of management experience from food manufacturing business, preferably dairy or beverage (liquid food processing).
• 5 years of management experience from leading through at least 2 levels with min. 30 employees in the area of responsibility
• Be able to communicate well in English and with all levels of the organization.
