The “Fine China” singer, Chris Brown, 24, was in court on Monday for his brawl with Frank Ocean back in January.
The scuffle was said to have been started when Ocean was accused of blocking Brwon’s car outside of Westlake Recording Studios in Los Angeles.
According to TMZ, despite reports of the case having been closed, Brown’s legal woes are not over as he is still under a criminal battery investigation, even though Ocean has not pressed charges.
With Brown still on probation from his infamous 2009 Rihanna-assault case, the Ocean case is definitely untimely for the singer.
Brown is scheduled for another court appearance on July 15 for a preliminary hearing regarding whether he has violated his probation.
