Hitmakers H_Art The Band Release New Album ‘Party Time’

Celebrated Kenyan music group H_Art the band has today (15.04.2022) released their fourth studio album titled Party Time.

The project consists of 7 amazing records crafted to paint an image of celebration, togetherness & uplift the spirit of each listener.

Different yet unique, authentic & true to the H_Art the Band we fell in love with back in 2014 with their debut classic single ‘Uliza Kiatu’ off their first album ‘Shoekran’. Mordecai ‘Dex’ Mwini produced his first track ever, Track no. 5 on the album that features his daughter Alika. Dex also worked as the main music director for this album alongside celebrated guitarist Matt Owegi and hitmakers; Kobby Worldwide, Rixx, and SuperProducer / Mix Master engineer M.G.

When asked about the inspiration behind this eclectic piece of art, Mordecai said, “The past two years or so, have proved to us all how fragile life can be and we saw the need to do an uplifting masterpiece. Something you can both listen and dance to.”

Kenneth ‘Kenchez’ Muya was quick to add, “Party time is a celebration of love, good times, friendships, family and generally a celebration of life. The moment you listen to the album, you will feel a sense of growth in our sound, lyricism & vocally I can say this is my best work yet.”

“With this album, we would like to encourage everyone to take it easy, to breathe, not to be too hard on themselves & to always find the time to Celebrate their wins no matter how small,” Skoko explained. “Personally, I have been tried & tested on this album. My brothers encouraged me to sing and get to vocal heights I have never experimented with. It was challenging at first, but I love the results. Special mention to some key people behind the scenes; Saxophonist Daniel “Dan Sax” Mugoci, Bassist Eddy Ogaga, Vocalist Juelz Kimathi on BGVs, and visual artist Msale who did the Album’s futuristic cover artwork.”

The band achieved great success with their third studio album ‘Simple Man’ released in 2021, reaching great heights, garnering over 10million streams/ downloads & unlocking new levels in their career that seemed too ambitious for the three young kings a few years back.

My Ja’ber ft. Brizy Annechild – the lead single off their Simple Man album skyrocketed to the top of the charts days after its release. Topping on the charts for over 30 weeks and still lingering on a year later.
