This year’s Mr and Miss World Kenya competition is slated for Saturday, August 3, at 6 pm at The Two Rivers Mall.
The event will crown a new King and Queen, succeeding the current titleholders, Frank Asiyo and Chantou Kwamboka.

Award-winning gospel artiste Mercy Masika, Vijana Barubaru, and Kethan are some of the major performers lined up for the night, promising an evening filled with pomp, glamour, beauty, and elegance.

The event will be hosted by Capital FM radio presenter and former beauty queen Angela Wambui alongside fellow media personality Oga Obinna.

Contestants are currently undergoing an intensive two-week boot camp in preparation for the competition. Initial auditions saw over 150 entries from all 47 counties, with only 46 contestants advancing to the boot camp.
The reigning queen, Chantou, represented Kenya at the annual global competition last year in India.
