Kenyan comedian and content creator Mulamwah is laughing all the way to the bank!

In a recent Instagram story, the social media personality proudly shared screenshots of his latest earnings from Facebook, revealing a payout of over KES 774,000 (approximately $8,844 USD) — all made within a 28-day period.

The first screenshot gave a glimpse into his Facebook monetization dashboard, showing his earnings from June 19 to July 16, an impressive $8,844.78 USD. This figure marked a staggering 4,000% increase from the previous 28-day period, indicating a sudden and significant growth in his monetization efforts. His excitement was clear as he wrote: “Facebook finally paying, last month made 8,844 USD.”

The second screenshot he shared showed a bank transaction from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, confirming a deposit of KES 774,021.46. Alongside the transaction, Mulamwah added a caption in a mix of Swahili and English: “meta doing de ting. Ujanja ni kukaa mjinga tu — knowing exactly what you are doing…”

Mulamwah, whose real name is David Oyando, is a trained nurse turned entertainer. He rose to fame through his witty comedy skits and viral videos that resonate with everyday Kenyan life.
