Boredom is a natural feeling that you get out of doing mundane activities or when your brain just starts to wander about different things. Boredom happens to everyone.
Here are the few things to do to kill the boredom guilt.

Move your body
Tune the music on and dance to the thrill of your body movements. Shake off the boredom or choose to walk it off. Take a walk if you have too. Boredom can be shaken off, stretched out or can be outrun, literally!
Create
Painting or drawing can be something for you to try out. Create something cool or just paint something for fun. Sing your lungs out or play with your musical instrument. The time to have fun or brighten up is when you are bored.
Do a self-reflection
A self-reflection on your daily activities would feel like therapy. Set the pace for your thoughts and meditate on your inner self and the goals that you want to achieve. Self-love and organizing your room will help you do self-reflection.
Reconnect with things you used to enjoy
Remember that time you used to love playing scribbling, solving puzzles, or watching vintage movies? A deadline for those things you used to love does not really exist. Indulge yourself in some form of ‘old’ entertainment. Check on an old friend too and know them well about.
Watch funny clips
Boredom will make you feel unproductive and tired. ‘Laughter is the best music.’ Watch your favourite comedian and laugh at jokes. It is never that serious so enjoy your social media platforms. Get the boredom off in a fun, funny way.
Boredom is okay. Get yourself something enjoyable or entertaining to put yourself into. Gauge yourself the luxury breaking the monotony.
