YouTube and social media sensation Director Trevor has offered to steer musician Stevo Simple Boy’s career, amid the latter’s apparent struggles since he debuted in the music industry.
Taking to his Instagram stories and referencing Simple Boy’s industry woes, Trevor stated: “Despite garnering widespread acclaim for his music, Stevo Simple Boy has faced ongoing challenges in sustaining himself financially within the music industry. Recognizing the need for alternative avenues, I see it as a strategic opportunity for him to pursue content creation as a means to generate income and connect with his audience in new and innovative ways.”
He reiterated that that would not necessarily that Simple Boy would be quitting music, adding it would mean that he will juggle that and content creation, using Diana Marua’s analogy.
“I’m willing to support him fully and take the initiative to manage his content creation career. Stevo Simple Boy will begin by explaining what transpired yesterday and the events that followed the incident in length on his YouTube platform,” He further explained, referencing the musician’s recent collapse while at Citizen TV’s 10/10 entertainment show.
Meanwhile, amid courting controversy over his romantic and business breakup with Mungai Eve, Trevor has been hell-bent on moving on. He has since rebranded to Kenyan Online Media and introduced Eve’s replacement, Eve Nyaga.
