With 2.3 million calls, the Airtel TRACE Music Star competition Grande Finale is the biggest pan-African music competition on the continent and will unveil its winner on April 18th at 8pm on TRACE Urban.
The 13 finalists converged in a nail-biting head-to-head Grande Finale of epic proportions in Kenya earlier in March where the judges (multi-platinum award-winning hit-maker Akon, renowned music executive Devyne Stephens and top-selling French Caribbean singer Lynnsha) selected the winner who receives a record deal with Universal Music, mentorship and promotion for a total value exceeding USD$500,000.
The Grande Finale airs on TRACE Urban (DSTV #325) on Saturday April 18 at 8pm.
