Chance the Rapper continues to do good.
The Chicago native announced that he is partnering with taxi company Lyft to square up on donations ahead of the back to school season. Chance who has been instrumental in stirring change within the Chicago area by reaching out to communities continues to make an impact with a variety of initiatives.
Back to school is here, Chicago! I'm teaming up with @lyft to encourage everyone to Round UP & Donate to support @SocialWorks_Chi and @ChiPubSchools. Lyft has pledged to match all rider donations throughout September! #supportCPS pic.twitter.com/Lkti48Isd9

However, it seems that Chance can’t stand local celebrities who have not done enough for the people of Chicago. It was thought that Chance “feels like Michael Jordan hasn’t done anything for his hometown.” Taking to Instagram, Chance shared a controversial meme hitting out at former Chicago Bulls player. The message was clear, and Chance did not make any effort to hide his true thoughts on Jordan lack of initiative to care for the people of Chicago.
