The reggae star who was just released from prison after serving 7 years of a 10-year sentence has been relatively quiet since his release on December 8th, 2018.  The iconic crooner was pictured with DJ Khaled on Instagram teasing a new collaboration. Buju who is known for a slew of great hits including “Wanna be loved,” “Boom boom bye” and   “Destiny” is well respected even winning a Grammy for Best Reggae Album in 2011.

The images on DJ Khaled timeline might be an indication that the twosome is working on something new for 2019 which could be part of DJ Khaled’s album dubbed “Father of Asahd”. The duo has worked together on the track “Killing Me” featuring Busta Rhymes and Bounty Killer in 2010.
