Former Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho is all the way up!
The former county boss has received high praise from American rapper Fat Joe in a viral video clip that surfaced on Sunday, September 4, 2022.
In the clip, Fat Joe is seen telling the world that nothing can stop Joho. “Joho, 001, nothing can stop you, you’re all the way up,” Fat Joe quipped his famous phrase from the song ‘All the Way Up’ featuring Remy Ma which was released in 2016.
This is not the first time Joho has been linked to an international superstar, in October 2019, Joho brought Grammy award-winning star Chris Brown to Mombasa, Kenya for a mega concert. A first of its kind in the coastal city.
The ‘Loyal’ hitmaker was reportedly paid a whopping Sh 90 million for a 90-minute performance.
Other celebrities who have been spotted with Joho include Tanzanian singers Ali Kiba, Nandy, Ommy Dimpoz, Diamond Platnumz, Kenya’s Sudi Boy, and Rwanda’s Bruce Melody.
The video elicited mixed reactions from Kenyans on Twitter.
