Singer Akothee is off the market. The outspoken personality finally exhanged vows with her Swiss lover at a high-end wedding that saw Kenya’s who-is-who in attendance.
After weeks of teasing the ceremony, the singer exchanged nuptials with Dennis ‘Omosh’ Schweizer at Windsor Golf Hotel and Country Club on Monday, April 10. The wedding also coincided with the mother of 5’s 42nd birthday.
High-profile names were in attendance. From politicians, singers, media personalities to honchos, the nuptials were quite the spectacle and saw the singer top social media trends all day long.
The event’s dress code prohibited guests from wearing any white outfits and instead required them to don regalia with a touch of gold and look the part. Prior to the wedding, Akothee held a bridal shower party with a select few friends and family at a city hotel.
