A woman has come back to life 11 hours after being declared dead.

Jeanette Kolkiewicz’s lifeless body was found by her niece at her home in Poland and, after being pronounced dead by a medical professional, was in cold storage for 11 hours before she came to.

The shocked doctor told television channel TVP: “I was sure she was dead, I’m stunned I don’t understand what happened. Her heart had stopped beating and she was no longer breathing.”

Her stunned family had even started to plan her funeral after she was sent to the morgue, but her miracle recovery has left everyone stunned, with medical professionals declaring they had never seen anything like it before.

Mrs. Kolkiewicz reportedly complained of being “cold” after she returned from the cold-store and was warmed up with a bowl of soup and some pancakes.

Polish police have launched an investigation into the surprising events.
