OCT 29 – Finsco Africa, a real estate firm, has handed over 100 title deeds to buyers at its Thika Grove Chania Phase 1 project, with plans to issue an additional 150 land documents next week.
Finsco Africa CEO John Mwaura expressed gratitude to the national government for providing essential amenities such as water, electricity, and incentives that improved infrastructure, including tarmacked roads previously inaccessible.
“The national government, led by His Excellency Dr. William Ruto, has been at the forefront of promoting affordable housing solutions. At Finsco Africa, we align with this agenda by helping investors and Kenyans access affordable housing through projects like Thika Grove Chania, supporting the government’s Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA),” Mwaura said.
The gated community project, which also accommodates banks and saccos, offers plots from Sh3.8 million for an eighth of an acre, and from Sh7.3 million for a quarter-acre.
“Kenya has seen heightened political exchanges recently, especially during the impeachment process of Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua and discussions on a new bill to extend elected leaders’ terms from five to seven years. It’s time to set politics aside and focus on fostering the political stability necessary for national growth,” Mwaura added.
