NAIROBI, Kenya, Jan 16 – I&M Bank Kenya has been certified as a Top Employer in Kenya for 2026 by the Top Employers Institute, recognising the bank’s people-focused culture and high-performing workplace practices.
The certification reflects I&M Bank’s use of data-driven human resource strategies, independent validation and a strong emphasis on employee engagement, growth and business performance.
Top Employers Institute, which operates in 125 countries and regions, assesses organisations through its HR Best Practices Survey covering six areas: People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing.
