The irritating habit of trying to squeeze sticky Ketchup from the bottle will soon be a thing of the past thanks to five Massachusetts Institute of Technology students and their professor. The team created a thin coating applied on any surface making all kinds of liquid slide off easily. The edible lubricant is plant-based and can be used in various domestic and industrial containers, jars and pipes to prevent clogging and wastage of good ketchup, jelly or mayonnaise.
