NAIROBI, Kenya, Jan 18 – The Top Employers Institute (TEI) has awarded Unilever Kenya the Top Employer Award 2024 for the eighth consecutive time.
The award emphasizes an unwavering commitment to fostering a human-centric approach in the workplace and prioritizing employee wellbeing.
The TEI assessed Unilever’s performance on various criteria, including people strategy and work environment, among others.
Unilever’s consistent dedication to creating a positive and supportive work environment has once again set it apart as a leader in the industry.
