The Chop Up: How to make black bean (njahi) and guacamole wrap

The Chop Up 11
Black beans, known as njahi in Kenya, is a common bean used in Latin American & Creole cuisine.
If you didn’t know, this delicacy provides a special support for digestive tract health, particularly our colon, and are especially great for  blood sugar regulation.
True to her nature, Miss Mandi spiced up njahi by adding them to a wrap mixed with sweet corn, fresh peppers, mushrooms and guacamole. It only takes a couple minutes to make and goes great at any time of the day – from breakfast through to dinner!
