So we’ve all heard about how beneficial yoga is for the mind, body and spirit; but recently, yogo enthusiasts have a new obsession – Naked Yoga.
Naked Yoga first gained popularity in Western societies in the early 1960s. Seen by many as a progressive practice of yogo, Naked Yoga arguably opens people up mentally and spiritually because there’s literally nothing to hide behind.
Naked Yoga has gained a huge following in Australia, and since its introduction in 2005 to the country, Aussies have embraced it with numbers growing on a weekly basis.
Perhaps, Kenya may be the next stop?
