December 6, 2010 – Two suspected gangsters who attempted to rob fans who had attended the Tusker Project Fame finale were beaten to death in Ngumba estate in Nairobi last night.

The two had allegedly tried to snatch valuables from some of the fans who were going back to their homes after attending the much publicized show.

Nairobi Provincial Police chief Antony Kibuchi says the two suspects were beaten by angry members of the public and four others managed to escape.

Kibuchi has told Capital News that he has intensified security patrols in most city estates in the wake of soaring crime in Nairobi.
